| The 4 pictures on this page are of Hernando DeSoto Lake. In the picture above you can just make out the yellow fly of my tent in the trees to the left on top of the hill. I suspect the hill is the remains of a glacier moraine. It wouldn't surprise me either if the trees on the small ridge in the last picture are on a moraine also. |
