| Grand Sable Dunes as viewed from the overlook just west of the Log Slide. A sign warns people that it can take as much as an hour to climb back up from the beach. The sand is very fine so I can see where it would be hard to do. Below are the signs explaining about the area as well as a view of the Grand Sable lighthouse. The Au Sable East campsite is located a 5 minute walk from the light house. |
