The Sunol Regional Wilderness is one of the gems in the Eastbay
Regional Park District. It has some great trails and in spring
there are plenty of wildflowers to see. The Ohlone Wilderness
Trail is 28 miles in length and connects the Mission Peak, Sunol
Regional Wilderness, Ohlone Wildnerness and Lake Del Valle. Camping
is allowed in designated spots only and a special permit is required
for the Ohlone Wilderness. Information on camping and hiking
