| Half an hour into your hike you reach Yellow Dog Creek as evidenced by the different variety of plants growing ahead. This picture gives you a good idea of what the trail is like for the first part of your hike when hiking in on the North Fork trail. In some places the trail is on steep hillsides. Horse traffic has put its mark on the trails causing the trail to shift downhill as the trail erodes away. |
