SUPERIOR HIKING TRAIL |
| Hunting
season isn't a good time to hike on the Superior Hiking Trail. Check
the Superior Hiking Trail Associations website or their Facebook page
for Hunting Season updates. They will post signs at the trailheads
affected by hunting, advising you that the trail might be closed. The above
tree stand is the most elaborate I've seen, complete with a recliner.
The picture below shows my favorite areas to hike in. In the 3rd
picture you'll see a large number of plants of the same type below the
trees. Raspberries. The largest patch of them I've seen along the trail. |
