| On a separate trip I hiked a part of the Pacific Crest Trail which is barely visible on the hillside above, just below and to the right of the small pond. Ebbetts Pass is in the background. Highway 4 crosses the pass. This road is narrow with no centerline painted on it. About the fastest you can drive is about 35 mph as it's very winding. Trailers over 25 feet in length are not recommended. Below are some flowers on the trail about 10 minutes from the road. |
