| I spent a day here reading my book. With an occasional rain shower I was able to get some more good pictures of a mountain that seemed to stand out with its flat top and steep sides. The flowers in the foreground just added to the beauty. About 7 PM on my second night I thought I heard a noise but when I went down to look I didn't see anything. The next morning I went down to get some water and saw a big pile of food that some horse packers had dropped off for a trail crew that showed up about the time I was leaving. Sometime in the middle of the night this food pile had been discovered by some bears which promptly had a feast. I sure with I had taken a picture of the mess. |
